Tane Tokorangi

I’m a solo musician with a uniquely full band sound.

With multiple performances onshore & around the world under my belt, including Japan, Jamaica, South East Asia, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, Ive managed to hone my one man soul, reggae, hiphop & RnB sound to a tee.

My live looping set incorporates live beat boxing to cover the drums, looping octave to cover bass, and to fill the space I play jazz infused reggae rhythm guitar to add that sparkle to the full rhythm section. My unique style of looping is grounded in my love of offbeat rhythms, triple layered harmonies. and i’m known amongst my peers for laying down a big phat soulful groove and bringing my culture through all of my musical styles.
